What you'll need

  • Authorization to work in the United States — when hired you'll complete Form I-9 with documents that prove identity and employment authorization (for example a U.S. passport, a Permanent Resident Card, an Employment Authorization Document, or a driver's license plus a Social Security card).
  • Hands-on experience in at least one trade: drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or flooring.
