Flat-pack instructions assume you own the right tools, have a level floor and enjoy your Saturday less than we do. We assemble it, anchor it to the wall where it needs anchoring, and take the cardboard with us.
What we build and install
Flat-pack assembly
Wardrobes, beds, desks, shelving, cribs, gym equipment. Built square and level, with the anti-tip hardware actually fastened to a stud — the step the instructions bury on the last page.
Closet shelving
Wire or wood, single rod or double-hung. Anchored into studs so the shelf holds a full closet and not just the hangers you put on it the first day.
Garage overhead storage
Ceiling racks mounted into the framing, not the drywall. The difference doesn't show on day one — it shows the day the bins are full.
Baseboards and trim
Priced by the linear foot, cut and coped at the corners. Also door casings, which is what makes a replaced door look installed instead of inserted.
Interior doors
Slabs and pre-hung units, hung plumb so they latch without being pushed and stay where you leave them instead of drifting shut.
Cabinet hardware and doors
Pulls and knobs drilled to a jig so they line up across the whole kitchen, hinges replaced, and doors adjusted back to even gaps.
Blinds and curtain rods
Mounted level and at a height that clears the sill, into anchors that hold when the rod carries lined curtains instead of a sheer.
What it costs
Real numbers from our price list, not a range invented to get you on the phone. Residential visits carry a $200 labor minimum — individual prices still apply, the minimum is a floor on the visit total, never an extra charge on top. It's also why stacking several small items into one visit is the cheapest way to buy this work.

How much does furniture assembly cost in Las Vegas?
Assembly starts at $150 in labor. Residential visits have a $200 labor minimum, so a single small item on its own bills at $200 — which is why it's worth sending us everything you need done in one visit. Large or complex pieces are quoted from the model, and the final number is confirmed in writing before we start.
Do you anchor furniture to the wall?
Yes, and we find the stud rather than trusting a drywall anchor with a loaded bookcase. Anti-tip straps on dressers and wardrobes are standard for us, not an upsell — it's the single cheapest safety item in a house with small children.
Can you take the boxes away?
Yes. Cardboard, foam and packaging leave with us as part of the job. If you've got a whole room's worth of furniture arriving at once, say so in the estimate request so we come with the right vehicle.
Do you install baseboards and doors too?
Yes — baseboards are priced by the linear foot starting at $6.50, an interior door replacement starts at $250 in labor, and door trim starts at $250. It's the same visit and the same crew as assembly work, so if you're replacing a door and hanging blinds in the same room, book it together.
Do I need a licensed contractor for this?

We're currently pursuing additional contractor licensing, and we'll review your project to tell you whether it falls within handyman services or genuinely needs a licensed contractor. Assembly, shelving and trim work sit comfortably inside handyman scope.
