Fixtures, ceiling fans, dimmers, smart thermostats and doorbells. Installed and left working, not left for you to figure out.
Mounting and hanging
TVs, mirrors, heavy art and shelving anchored into structure. On the walls where a failure costs more than the piece.
Bathrooms and kitchens
Faucets, vanities, grab bars, cabinet hardware and hinges, re-caulking tubs and showers. Light plumbing, not a remodel.
HOA-friendly scheduling
Much of Summerlin is under an HOA with its own hours and access rules. Tell us the community and we'll work inside them instead of getting turned around at the gate.

Final pricing depends on the size of the project, accessibility, materials, and existing conditions. All estimates assume a standard repair or replacement with no hidden damage or unforeseen issues. Free, in writing and itemized. On-site estimates are $150 when a job genuinely has to be seen first, and you'll know that before we come out.
We do the work
Drop cloths down, dust contained, debris out with us. Anything we find that wasn't on the list gets approved by you before it gets touched.

Questions people actually ask
Do you work inside gated Summerlin communities?
Yes. Tell us the community name and any gate or access requirement when you request the estimate, and we'll arrange it ahead of the visit. Several Summerlin villages also have vendor hours or contractor rules — we'd rather work inside them than have a crew turned around at the gate on the day.
Can you match the texture on a high ceiling?
Yes, and ceilings are priced on their own line at $299 starting because they take longer and they show more than a wall does. High ceilings and open stairwells are normal work for us. Send a photo with your request and we'll tell you whether it's a clean match or a blend before you book.
Are you licensed and insured?
Ideal Handyman LLC is a Nevada registered and insured handyman and property maintenance company, carrying general liability coverage. We're currently pursuing additional contractor licensing, and we'll review your project to tell you whether it falls within handyman services or genuinely requires a licensed contractor.
Do you charge extra to come to Summerlin?
No. Summerlin is inside our normal service area, so the price list and the $200 residential labor minimum are exactly the same as anywhere else in the valley. There's no travel surcharge.
Can you handle a punch list before a sale or a move-in?
That's one of the things a list-based visit is best at. Send the whole punch list with photos and you'll get an itemized estimate covering all of it, so you can decide what gets done now and what waits. For rentals and turnovers we also have dedicated packages.
